La Paillote is 3 appartment in the first floor of a villa and on the border of the beach, in a residential area of Saint-Francois. At 5 minutes away from the center of town.

There are 3 appartments with individual terrace, accessible to the sea. Each one has its own original decoration, a real change of scenery under the tropics.
The appartments have television, air conditioning, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, iron with ironing board, microwave, towels and sheets. Washing machine and dryer are shared.
1 studio for 2 people, 1 studio for 2 people with a private solarium, 1 studio with 2 bedrooms.

All the appartments have a kitchenette on the terrace. Because you are a few minutes away of the town of Saint-Francois, you will be able to reach the supermarket, some caterings services and over 100 restaurants.

You will have the advantage to have the access on a private beach and a creek joint to a coconut trees garden.
The Golf course is at 10 minutes driving distance.
Windsurf and fly-surf on Saint-Francois Lagoon is also available.
You can rent scooters and visit the Mangrove in canoe.

The first breakfast is offered by La Paillote.
The washer and drier will be shared.
