Residence of 27 appartments spread in a 2-storey building with scenered garden, spacious and confortable. All appartments have large terrraces with equipped kitchenette, bathrooms, air conditioning, TV and direct phone lines.

1- Studio for 2 to 4 persons : 409 sq.ft. with a kitchenette, a bathroom with toilets, 2 twin beds or a double bed and a cabin-corner with 2 bunk beds.

2- Duplex mezzanine for 2 to 4 persons : 559 sq.ft. with a kitchenette, a bathroom with WC , a living room with with 2 twin beds, 1 mezzanine room with a double bed.

3- Suite for 4 to 6 persons : 700 sq.ft., with an equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with separated toilets, a living room with 1 twin bed and cot for 2 persons, 1 separated bedroom with a kingsize bed and 1 cabin-corner with bunk beds.

Each appartment kitchenette is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, mini-oven, kitchen utensils, table and chairs. You may go by foot to the Marina or downtown Saint Francois to discover all the restaurants.

You may combine relaxing and activities on the Lagoon beach, 55 yards away. Various water sports available or just enjoy the "farniente" by the residence swimming pool during day or night time.
