It is located on the Northeast side of Saint Barthelemy island on the beach of Grand Cul de Sac.

The 12 air-conditioned one bedroom villas (50m2 - 538 sq.ft) are furnished with one kingsize bed entirely equipped kitchen, one bathroom and W.C., washbasin, bidet, shower, bathtub and hair dryer; a living room equipped with T.V., VCR, direct dial-out telephone and a large oceanfront terrace.

The 8 deluxe air-conditioned two bedroom villas (85m2 - 914 sq.ft) are furnished with one kingsize bed and two twin beds, entirely equipped kitchen, two complete bathrooms and W.C., washbasin, bidet, shower, bathtub and hair dryer; a living room equipped with T.V., VCR, direct dial-out telephone and a large oceanfront terrace.

Situated on the water edge, the Restaurant "Le Rivage" awaits to offer you its exotic cocktails and its succulent and delicate cuisine in a Caribbean and French atmosphere.

The residence is the home of the Wind Wave Power watersports center with Mistral boards for rent and its superb windsurfing school. There's also the Waterports Center (hobie cats and snorking equipment). Even though there are many power boats in the cove, they are only allowed out beyond the reef.

A boutique, the windsurfing school and conference room which seats approximately 80 to 100 persons is also located in the same building.

For the athletically inclined, there is a modern gym facility in the main building.

Facing the Atlantic Ocean, one of the largest swimming pools on the island made for the relaxation and tanning on its deck chairs.
