Villa Golden Reef, which is located in a prime hillside position overlooking the pretty harbour of Gustavia. It is adjacent to the famed Carl Gustaf Hotel and therefore; guests of Villa Golden Reef have guest privileges at the hotel.

1st floor - the first floor consists of 4-bedrooms.

Room N° 550 features a king size bed, a bathroom with shower and restroom, a terrace with a bath of bubbles (shared with room N° 551). A private gate leads to the room.

A private gate at the end of the car park leads to the room.

Room N° 553 features a king size bed, a dressing-room, a bathroom with shower and restroom, a terrace with a bath of bubble (shared with room N° 552).This room connects with room N° 552. E A private gate at the end of the car park leads to the room.

On the terrace a door separates rooms N° 550 / 551 and N° 552 / 553; this door can be opened.

2nd floor - the second floor consists of 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining area, a shower and a restroom for the invited guests, a small laundry area, as well as a large terrace overlooking the harbour and the ocean.

Room N° 564 is adjacent to the kitchen and to the laundry room. It features a king size bed, a bathroom with shower and restroom, and access to the terrace. This room would be perfect should a nanny or your help be part of the stay. Room N° 560 and N° 561 are located on the opposite side of the second floor. They are connecting rooms. Room N° 561 is a child room and features a single bed, a bathroom with shower and restroom, and access to the terrace. The access the parents room N° 560 is made through the child’s room and its bathroom. The parents room features a king size bed and a private bathroom with shower and restroom.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect foor cooking. It consists of 2 large fridges and a freezers, a professional oven, a four-burner cooker, a extractor hood, a microwave, a dishwasher, dishes, mixers, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, air conditioning.

The large dining room offers the possibility to invite guests for a sit-down dinner. Fine French porcelain plates and crystal glasses are available. The dining room features a television, VCR, telephone, ceiling fan, air conditioning.

A fully equipped bar offers you the possibility to enjoy a Caribbean “aperitif” which can be served either inside or out on the fabulous terrace overlooking Gustavia’s harbour.

The laundry area features a washer and a dryer, iron and ironing board and large closets.

The shower and restroom for invited guests is situated in the corridor to go to the room N° 564.

The terrace with a breathtaking view, this very large terrace (about 85 m²) offers the possibility to enjoy the beauty of the scenery from a large swimming pool with Jacuzzi. Receptions or cocktails can be planned on this terrace which can welcome up to 13 people for a seated dinner.

Equipment: ceiling fan, comfortable sofas and tables to look the sunset. A flight of steps lead to the 1st floor.

3rd floor - access to the third floor is made through a spiral staircase.

The living room area (mezzanine) consist of an office area (telephone, fax machine, calculator, computer with Internet access and a printer are at our guests disposal free of charge except for the telephone charges involved) on one side and on a relaxation area on the other side with television, DVD player, VCR, ice machine, ceiling fan, air conditioning, large comfortable armchairs with “planteur Caribbean armchairs”.

When the villa is rented with 3 bedrooms. This includes (1 child’s room included for a maximum of 5 people.

First floor: not available (only accessible if the villa is rented with 7 bedrooms)

You can prepare gourmet meals in the fully equipped, large kitchen and serve them in the expansive dining-room area with a magnificent view. Laundry facilities are available as well. You will also find a long, large terrace with a barbecue from which to enjoy the fresh air and one of the many spectacular views.

The villa boasts a central, convenient downtown location just a few minutes away from one of the island’s most protected coves, Shell Beach. Shop for hours in luxurious shops of Gustavia or should you wish to enjoy a drink and live music before dining, the Hotel Carl Gustaf located just a few steps away would be delighted to welcome you

DVD and CD players, fax machine, computer with Internet access and full use of the facilities at the adjacent Hotel Carl Gustaf. Private butler service is available on request.
