All grounds, terraces, frames of wood and colors hot, the villa Gustavia Hill of a livable surface of 150 m2, is composed of a large dining room open on the terrace and the sea, equipped with a hi-fi system and a large old teak table being able to accomodate 8 people.
The room to be slept, air-conditioned, is equipped with a library, convenient English old in mahogany tree, and with a bed of 180 cm (2 attached diagrids and 2 mattresses).
The large terrace, with sight on the sea, invites to idleness with its old Burmese chairs and its large bench of rest.
The lower deck is a "solarium" equipped with 2 long chairs (Italian design) and with a shower for the returns of beach.
The air-conditioned office is used at the same time of library and part television. It includes/understands a flat-faced screen, a home cinema, a reader CD audio and an important CD jazz collection, traditional and variety.
The dressingroom gives access to the bathroom which comprises a large shower out of wooden and Italian wash-hand basins.
To note: since the construction of the villa, an adorable kitten elected residence in the places. One year old, it answers in the name of Ti' Gris. It is affectionate, independent and adores the caresses. |
