Nestled on Anse Marcel creek, amid a lush 60 acres tropical garden, L'Habitation is located in the north-east side of the island, just 45 minutes away from Juliana international airport and 10 minutes away from the Grand Case one.

L'Habitation Deluxe Rooms : in a contemporary creole style, each room is dipped in the bright fresh colours of a Caribbean palette, with luxury bedding, throw pillows, drapery treatments and artwork. All the rooms are spacious and accommodating, with every anticipated amenity. Furniture is hand-crafted in Malaysia and all rooms are appointed with today conveniences, such as direct dial telephone, television, minibar, individually controlled air conditioning and luxurious bath amenities. A private terrace or balcony opens to the beckoning breezes, luring guests to refreshments as above. Measuring 39 m² (420 sq.ft), the room is equipped with two twin beds or one kingsize bed, television, hairdryer and private safe. Bathrooms are equipped with bathtubs and showers, separate toilets and double sinks decorated in marble.
L'Habitation Suites : The 88 m² (950 sq.ft) rooms are equipped with kingsize beds, separate sitting rooms, television, hairdryer and private safe. Bathrooms are equipped with bathtubs and showers, separate toilets and double sinks decorated in marble. In addition, there is a sofa bed in the sitting room. Suites can accommodate up to 3 persons or 2 adults and 2 children.
Family as L'Habitation Suite : 78 m² (850 sq.ft) suites equipped with two twin beds or one kingsize bed, separate sitting room with sofa bed that accommodates 1 adult or 2 children, fully equipped kitchen, television, hairdryer and private safe, separate toilets and double sinks decorated in marble.

Children
There is no extra charge for children under 12 sharing parents' room with no extra bed. Maximum of two children under 12, when sharing parents' room. Children over 12, or children requiring an extra bed, are charged as an extra person.
The Penguin Club is available to children aged 4 to 12 years old. Activities may vary according to the weather and the children's mood, such as modelling clay, glass painting, swimming pool, beach, basketball, bowls, lego etc, and children are supervised by a junior hostess. Lunch is optional (USD 10.00 on guest room charge), snacks are free. The Penguin Club is located near the Carbet Bar and is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Registration is free.
A babysitting service is available at a cost of USD 12.00 per hour. 48 hours' notice is required.
