Ideal for families, and group of good friends, villa Côté Mer can accommodate from 2 to 8 persons. It is composed of 3 independent units :

-The first unit, facing the pool equipped with an alarm system and gate, comprises a modern and wee-equipped kitchen , a large living room designed with attention to details. Opens on to the terrace cooled by trade winds.

-The second unit includes four bedrooms are air conditioned and have private, adjoining bathrooms. Two bedrooms have king beds and two have two twin beds in each.

The modern kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker and a gas BBQ.

-Swimming Pool - Wooden deck with wonderful ocean views and full sun all day.

-The westernmost point, Terres Basses, includes the coastline from Sandy Ground, south of Marigot, to Cupecoy Beach - some of the prettiest beaches nearby: Baie Rouge, Plum Baie, Baie Longue, and Cupecoy.
